Contract Research

and custom machinery. We deliver expert analytical services
in a secure, confidential environment, providing results
in a timely, responsive manner that enhances and advances

SNS adds value at every stage of the development continuum
via services that include, but are not limited to:

Research and testing
Materials analysis, characterization, and selection
Prototype development
We accept requests for production of nanofiber
products on a contract basis by our R&D team using our
proprietary production process.
• Preliminary Test
It is necessary to first test whether
nanofiber production is possible or not if the customer
wants to use a new material.
•Product Specification
Product specifications are determined through
discussions between our R&D team and the customer.
For the matrix sheet, not only commercial nonwoven
fabric or filter but also customer's original matrix
is usable.
In the case of the samples that are less than 10cm
in size, or nanocoatings/ micropatterning test on the
substrate, the lab machine will be employed.
•Delivery Time / Price
Delivery time and price differ according to material,
fiber diameter, thickness of fabric, sheet size,
etc. A consultation to determine approximate costs
can be made once specifications are known.
•Nondisclosure Agreement
If the customer's original material is used, we
can execute a nondisclosure agreement.
